These corn grits were grown and milled by the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe in the Four Corners Region of the Rocky Mountain Southwest. Corn has been grown and milled longer by Native Americans in the Southwest than anywhere else in the U.S. Packed by FishSki Provisions in New Mexico in 1.5lb resealable bags.
They make a delicious base for shrimp and grits, cheese grits, grit cakes or as meal during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Minimally processed, these grits contain no artificial additives. Simply cook with water, broth, cream or milk for a wholesome, satisfying meal.
