Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation is standard, providing improved thermal efficiency, noise reduction, and quieter operation. Please note that installation is not included in this purchase. Custom made, the door comes in a brown colonial raised panel design with clear windows, and features a three-layer construction (steel/insulation/ToughGard™ backer), a bottom weather seal for draft and debris protection, and a limited lifetime warranty. A standard track is included, with a minimum 11-in headroom requirement without an opener or 13.5-in with an opener.
