Isinglass powder that will clear wine or cider. Isinglass has been used to clear wine for hundreds of years. It has to be added to a small amount of water and whisked with a fork to rehydrate it. Then you simply stir it into your hazy wine and stir it in.
The isinglass particles cause all the sediments suspended in the wine to coagulate and make small clumps that become to heave to stay suspended and so sink to the bottom, leaving a crystal clear wine.
This sachet will treat up to 23 litres of wine or cider.
