The Villa Rosa Branco from Winemaker Osvaldo Amado is fermented at a controlled temperature after being picked from the valleys of Southern Portugal. The blend of 60% Maria-Gomes, 20% Bical and 20% Arinto has a fruity, young, and fresh taste with citrus nuances. While slightly acidic and light-bodied, the flavors are harmonious. It carries a crystalline appearance with a defined lemon color and low tannins. Ideal for leisure times, this white pairs well with light cold meat, stewed or grilled white meat, roasted fish and shellfish.
