The Social Contract is a simple document arranged like a legally binding agreement that holds no actual legal weight. It does however set a standard of expectations for your table by clearly laying out acceptable behavior and etiquette for your players and you as a Dungeon Master. This particular Social Contract was curated over years of experience with unwritten rules of how we have conducted ourselves as a party and friends. Through the troubles of stumbling over self-consciousness of asking people to be nice or to just not be a dick, we eventually ended up here; A definitive guide to helping manage yours, and your players expectations.
