The Staubli MC4 connector is used for photovoltaic (PV) connections, providing a weather-resistant interface for solar power systems. Compatible with TEMCo 10 or 12 AWG PV cables or any other PV cable with a diameter between 5.5 mm and 7.4 mm. The connectors carry IP65/IP68 ratings, indicating resistance to dust and water, and are designed for use in outdoor environments. - Snap-in locking mechanism for secure, vibration-resistant connections. Low-contact resistance thanks to patented MULTILAM technology.
- Fits 5.5-7.4mm outer diameter of cable
- Requires solar crimping tool for copper terminals. Recommended tool is TEMCo TH0011 (not included)
- IP65/IP68 rated when mated, dust-tight and waterproof
