This Pink Flowering Astilbe Perennial Plant mixture is an elegant assortment of shade tolerant plants that are highlighted with towering flower spikes. Soft plumes of pink are offset by green, fern-like foliage. Plants stay attractive throughout the growing season and have the added benefit of deer resistance. Hardy in USDA zones 4 to 9.
- Each offer includes six dormant bare root perennial starter plants.
- Grows 20 to 40 inches tall and spreads up to 24 inches wide
- Plant in full to partial shade by digging a hole large enough to accommodate the roots without bending them. Work soil around the roots, firm well and water thoroughly.
- Blooms early to mid summer. You can remove spent flower stems and divide in the late fall after a year or two of established growth
