Rixson 128-3/4 Satin Chrome Center Hung Pivot Set

This pivot set is a great light duty option to traditional door frame hinges. It enables a door to spin from its center on the floor from a pivot mounted directly to the floor under the door. The floor bears the full weight of the door, instead of traditional butt hinges on the side of a door frame. Light duty grade. Works for doors sized 3'6" x 8'6" (1067 x 2591mm). Includes top pivot #320. Bottom pivot mounts directly on the floor. All center hung pivot sets are double-acting unless stopped by the door frame. Doors do not automatically return to center. Includes wood and machine screws. Made in the USA. Note: Not allowed for use on labeled fire doors and frames
