It has the same handle design as our famous Fillet Mano housings, only the head design has changed to accommodate the new 0.8 mm style blade for more rigid cutting. The sleek guard design allows safety and easy access. Designed from 100 % machined aluminum, the housing is lightweight and retains superior strength and durability. Available in large and small (depending on your glove size). Steak Knives blades will not fit the fillet Mano Housing in the Pro Kitchen sets and the Fillet Mano set nor the T handle Mano.
