- This CVT primary clutch is engineered with a one-way bearing to support the factory Engine Braking System (EBS). The assembly is constructed from high-pressure aluminum die-casting for physical heat dissipation during high-RPM operation.
- Includes a primary clutch puller tool forged from 4140 heat-treated steel for physical extraction. The clutch is pre-installed with specific weights and a drive spring calibrated to match the stock power curve of Polaris 1000 engines.
- Every primary drive clutch unit undergoes 100% dynamic balancing testing to 8000 RPM to verify physical rotational integrity and minimize crankshaft vibration. Meets factory specifications for sheave angle and belt engagement clearance.
- Safety limit: Professional installation and belt alignment are required; torque the center bolt strictly to factory-specified foot-pounds. Non-compatibility notice: Does not fit Turbo, RS1, or 900 series models. Designed to replace worn sheaves to address physical belt slipping symptoms.
