This 2-part model is 5X life-size and replicates a portion of the spinal cord. One model is sectioned both longitudinally and in cross-section, with a portion of white matter cut away to show the anterior and posterior nerve roots. The spinal ganglion, spinal nerves and blood vessels are also represented. The second model depicts the spinal cord in cross-section through the white and gray matter. Both models are labeled and come with a corresponding guide. Models come mounted on a plastic base.
