Nuova Simonelli 'Aurelia' Steam Valve Assembly - After-market
A non-cool-touch steam valve and wand assembly for the Nuova Simonelli Aurelia, built to the same fit and function as the OEM part at a lower cost. Includes the newer S_445-style steam wand tip.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Swivel ball seal material: rubber (OEM Nuova Simonelli uses PTFE)
COMPATIBILITY
- Fits: Nuova Simonelli Aurelia
- Works with: S_445-style steam wand tip
INSTALLATION
Moderate difficulty, steam line plumbing work; a qualified technician is recommended.
PRO TIPS
- The main functional difference from OEM is the swivel ball seal: rubber here versus PTFE on the genuine Nuova Simonelli part. Expect slightly more swivel friction at first, it loosens up with use, and a dab of food-safe silicone grease on the ball at installation helps it move freely sooner.
