The Skullgard™ Full Brim helmets with FasTrac III® Ratchet Suspension suspension are designed to protect your head from heat. Since these hard hats are made of fiberglass, they can withstand temperatures that standard plastic cannot. The strips of fiberglass material are what give these hats the great thermal protection that they enjoy. Skullgard fiberglass hard hats are top products for individuals who work in the welding, building construction and ship building industries. These particular helmets come with a FasTrac III® Ratchet Suspension suspension, so you can make quick adjustments and get an optimal fit. The Skullgard™ hard hats also meet the ANSI requirements for Type I helmets.
