An electromagnetic (EM) model of our Milky Way galaxy shows that an ultra-low gravitational wave originates in the central region. Coulomb and Hankel Wave Functions define the central and outer region of the galaxy respectively. The central region is quantized. Sgr. A* event horizon has magnetic fields, voltage and current sources, and current densities. Fermion plasma jet bubbles flow perpendicular to the galaxy plane and out of both ends of the black hole event horizon. I use published data from the World-Universe Model and disclose the characteristics of the microwave haze and eRosita jet bubbles. The fermion jet bubbles have an interior microwave haze which may be powered by magnetic fields. A micro-arcsecond angle is disclosed. The galactic mass density is derived using Newtonian physics, the gravitational constant and the EM frequency. A ratio with quantum 3/2 spin fermions and Sgr. A* data show good agreement with the Fine Structure Constant. The Milky Way mass density derived from the EM model is used in Einstein’s special relativity equation and comparisons are made with referenced data on the total mass energy. Math relations for CMB and CNB energy densities are Hawking frequency, cold dark matter, dark matter/ dark energy, current sterile neutrino mass and neutrino background temperature. I equate the Hubble Constant, 3/2 fermion quantum spin, and the EM model frequency with the fine structure constant. I give the significance of the relationships. Read more
