This is a vintage toy sewing machine. It is marked Little Betty, "Made in England" and labeled Midinette-Electric. This mid century child's machine is primarily plastic, with metal machine parts; in cool midcentury colors; measures approximately 6" high and 9" wide. Sold for display only; the machine is NONWORKING, appears to take an unusual set of batteries.
In very good vintage cosmetic condition with plastic discoloration and some scratches; wheel moves freely, needle goes up and down and presser foot raises and lowers smoothly. Wonderful design to this toy machine, a 1950s display piece.
A great post WWII collectible and a nice addition to the sewing room decor.
