Microplane 40121 Classic Series Zester/Grater, Red Handle

The Microplane Classic Medium Grater grates ingredients in both directions, saving time and effort. It is one of the coarsest Microplane blade styles. Microplane graters and zesters feature tiny razor-like edges formed by a process called photo-etching in which holes are dissolved with a chemical. A Microplane grater edge finely slices instead of tearing or shredding. Superb, top-of-the-line Microplane graters are safe and easy to use.

Care & Cleaning: 

• Dishwasher safe
• We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use
• Remove particles stuck in the blade from the back side whenever possible
• To remove "stuck on food" from the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush and stroke in the same direction as the teeth
• Store with blade covered when not in use
