Maison Louis Jadot is a trusted and revered wine house in Burgundy, France. The winery was founded back in 1859, on 528 acres of vineyards, which includes 280 acres. The weather in Côte de Beaune slightly colder than Mâconnais. The soil of Pouilly-Fuissé are mainly made out of limestone and clay. In 2010 Frédéric Barnier joined Maison Louis Jadot as a Technical Director. For 42 years, Jacques Lardière was the man in charge and responsible for the winemaking and bottling every bottle. He is considered to be one of Burgundy's finest winemaker.

Louis Jadot Pouilly-Fuissé is a famous wine that is partially barrel fermented with six months of aging in French oak casks. The use of oak allows Louis Jadot's Pouilly-Fuissé to get it's complex and structure. Pouilly-Fuissé is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which gives it a pure flavor and a sweet yet smokey taste on the palate.
