Product Description Rounded edge cake mould made of coated iron, ideal for making savoury or sweet cakes, marbles cakes. Undeform able and fully watertight mould. Good cooking results thanks to iron: the moulds reach high temperatures, enabling the juices to caramelise. Even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking. Functional and practical non-stick mould: PFOA-free PTFE guaranteed coating for easier mould release, steel protection against oxidation and easy cleaning. Flat and horizontal edge: easy grip for a safer handling. Grease the mould before use. Traditional oven cooking (max. 220 degrees C). Not suitable for the microwave oven. Do not use metal objects in the mould. Care: wash by hand (non-abrasive sponge). Not dishwasher-safe. It measures 24 cm length by 13 cm width by 6.1 cm height. It has 0.4 mm thickness.
