48V 1000 Watt Brushed Motor Controller - This 48 volt 1000 watt controller is with BLACK connector as picture showed. Replacement for electric bikes, electric tricycles, and electric motorcycles.
48V 1000W - Voltage: 48V Rated Power: 1000W, Compatible for: 700-1000W motor. This controller is for 48V 1000W brushed motors only — it CANNOT be used with brushless motors
Sport mode on by default - It is not necessary to activate the motion mode after connecting the controller, if you activate the motion mode resulting in low current, low climbing and load capacity and long acceleration times
Installation of controller - Please refer to the picture for the detailed wiring diagram of the 48 volt controller. Just contact us if this 48v brushed controller doesn't work.
NOTE - Do not reverse battery polarity. Reversed polarity will permanently damage the MOSFET and void the warranty. If you have any questions please contact me
To operate the controller, at least four connectors must be connected first. First, connect the two thicker wires on the controller (blue and yellow) to the motor, with the blue wire connecting to the motor's red wire and the white wire connecting to the motor's black wire. Next, connect the two thicker wires on the controller (red and black) to the battery, with the red wire to the positive terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal. Third, connect the throttle connector (the throttle has three wires; ensure red wire to red and black wire to black). Finally, connect the ignition switch, turn it on, and the motor will start running
