Michael R. Peter is a retired U.S. Navy Special Operations Master Chief (E-9) with nearly 25 years of service in Naval Special Warfare. A graduate of Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL Training, he served in elite SEAL Delivery Vehicle units and held operational, instructional, and strategic assignments across the global special operations enterprise, including tours supporting USSOCOM and the Pentagon.Over the course of his career, he deployed on multiple combat and national-level missions throughout the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. His service and leadership were recognized with numerous awards, including the Bronze Star and two Presidential Unit Citations.Following military retirement, Mr. Peter continued supporting U.S. national security efforts within the Department of Defense and later as a defense contractor in the Washington, D.C. area.
