This is an AP (Artist's Proof) print of 'Distorted House' by artist Cha Ji-hong, created in 1989.

**Artwork Dimensions:** 22cm x 17cm
**Frame Dimensions:** 49cm x 44cm

This piece is highly regarded for its artistic merit. The intentional, subtle distortion of the building's angles creates a peculiar tension within a serene atmosphere. The rough, dense diagonal lines filling the sky and background evoke a sense of pouring rain, strong winds, or the chill of a desolate night. The untamed foliage and a single conifer tree surrounding the house enhance the feeling of solitude.

'Distorted House' is not merely a realistic depiction of an actual dwelling. It is interpreted as an inner landscape, projecting the artist's psychological state or the loneliness of modern individuals through the medium of a 'house.'

This artwork can serve as a charming and sophisticated accent piece when placed on an entryway wall or console table, offering a delightful first impression upon entering your home.
