The AXEON® Chemical Injection System, 50-Gallon delivers 30 GPD of chemical metering via a Pulsafeeder Chem-Tech™ Series XP peristaltic pump paired with a 50-gallon polyethylene tank, operating on 220V. Designed for high-volume chemical treatment applications requiring extended tank capacity between refills - ideal for larger commercial RO installations, facility-scale water treatment, and continuous-duty dosing applications.

For growers running large AXEON RO systems, the 50-gallon system provides longer service intervals between tank refills compared to the 30-gallon models. The peristaltic pump mechanism keeps chemicals isolated from the pump internals - suitable for acids, caustics, and most water treatment chemicals including AXEON S-200 Membrane Antiscalant. The 20:1 electronic turndown control allows precise dosing adjustments.
