- 2. Complete 67mm Cylinder Kit: Includes 67mm cylinder, piston, piston ring set, 16mm wristpin, circlips, and full top end gasket kit—everything pictured for a complete rebuild. Standard bore size (67.0mm x 55.7mm stroke) with 9.5:1 compression ratio for 196cc 4-stroke engines.
- 3. Quality Build for Long Life: Cylinder features aluminum construction. Piston is anodized for superior heat resistance and longer lifespan. Gaskets use performance materials to increase durability and provide greater reliability.
- 4. Important Installation Notes:This cylinder requires an automatic timing chain tensioner (not included). Need to upgrade from manual tensioner if your original uses screw-in type. Gearbox housing may need machining for proper fit.
