This is a Belgian-style witbier. Because of the wheat, malts, and grains this beer is intentionally hazy. If drinking bottled, it is ideal to rouse the yeast. To rouse your yeast, empty almost off of the bottle into a glass. Next, twirl the last bit of beer in the bottle. This last bit is full of yeast and protein. Finally, pour the rest into your glass and enjoy. With flavors like coriander and sweet orange peel, this beer has a nice citrus and clove aroma.
