MATERIAL: This wet mortar is a combination of the selected refractory materials, binder, chemicals, etc. All excess material flows out of the seams while laying bricks to form the entire masonry work into a single solid mass.
ENHANCED EFFICIENCY: This wet refractory cement protects the wall insulation inside the kilns, furnaces, or combustion chamber and prevents heat loss thus saving fuel or power.
APPLICATION: Effective as a fire refractory cement for air setting in fire bricks and binding ceramic fiber insulation in the gas forge, ceramic kilns, inductions, and foundry furnaces.
EASY TO USE: This air setting refractory mortar is applied between fire bricks to insulate the blacksmith forge, and foundry furnace for binding insulation, it’s already pre-mixed wet form, so it’s too easy to apply.
DURABILITY: Our refractory cement with a thick layer is enough bearable to your potential propane heat withstood working temperatures up to 2700°F.
