From our signature 1 Gallon Nano-brew Collection comes our Lucky Leprechaun Irish Red Ale recipe kit. Irish Red is a refreshing, popular beer style closely related to English Bitters. This Irish Red has virtually no hop aroma, moderate hop flavor, and a moderate malty aroma and flavor. It has a very clean finish with a low toffee flavor. The use of roasted barley for coloring results in a slightly roasted red color and also creates a dry finish. Finishes and ready to drink in 3-4 weeks.
